My name is Katie Bustos and aside from a few years away, I have been a Las Vegas native most of my life! I graduated from UNLV with a BA in Psychology and have a MA from University of Phoenix in Special Education. I have also completed post-graduate courses in Autism and have a Grant-writing certification. Much of my career has been in a Special Education classroom working with all types of awesome learners! Over the recent years I have spent time supporting nonprofit organizations in southern Nevada. I find much joy in having a helpful heart and raising tiny disciples!
My husband Mauricio and I have been married for 13 years and we have three beautiful daughters, who keep us very busy! We have been parishioners at Holy Spirit for 9 years and love to see how much the community has grown. In our free time we enjoy watching movies, traveling to Montana, going to concerts, spending time with friends, and cheering on our favorite sports teams, especially the University of Texas (Hook Em’ Horns!).
I know all things are possible through God and I am so excited He has led me to be part of the Holy Spirit Children’s Ministry! What a blessing!

Anna is a British import and is married to Las Vegas native, Jeremy.   They moved from the United Kingdom to Las Vegas in 2015 with their daughter, Isla, to enjoy 340 days of sunshine!  Just glorious!
 A graduate of Trinity and All Saints Catholic University, Anna has a BA(Hons) in Theology and Primary Education, has taught 12 years in Catholic Schools, including as an Assistant Principal, founded a Religious Education Consultancy; RE:Provide, and has written Catholic Education curriculum for school districts across the country.  In addition to forming new models and stratagies for effective and heart-igniting family faith formation, she serves as a catechetical formator for the Archdiocese of Las Vegas, and as a faciliator for Women's Retreats.  
 Her favorite past-times are spending time with family and friends, game nights (she is somewhat competitive), hiking in Zion National Park (her happy place), baking delicious "Celiac" delights and refining her wine-tasting skills.
